Shipping and handling is a flat rate of $15 US only (AK & HI is more).

The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. Customers should expect a 7-21 business days or sooner delivery time.
If item is on back order or is being made, we will notify you. Customized items will take 14-21 business days
Merchandise will be shipped using Ground Service where possible. In addition, items will be shipped directly from our supplier/manufacturer to customers. We have a lot of different suppliers that drop ship for us, so if you order multiple items, your order might be shipped from 2-3 different suppliers, so you would be getting your items shipped separate.
Express shipping is available upon request, this does cost a lot more.
Damaged shipments from handling must be handled with us, contact us about damaged goods at firstname.lastname@example.org . If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call 941-952-8847 to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
If a product appears to have a manufactures defect, contact our Customer Service department for instructions. Do not return products to us without first calling to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to manufactures defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package
