Return Merchandise Policy
All manufactures have a shrinkage allowance.
The percent range from 3% up to 7%. So refunds will not be given on shrinkage unless it is more then 7%
Return Merchandise Policy:
Permission for any return merchandise must be secured by us.For questions about returning merchandise contact us.The return of non-defective merchandise, when authorized, will incur 20% re-stocking fee, and shipping fees are not refunded. Any order returned that was free shipping will get shipping costs added onto the 20%, buyer will be responsible for shipping if item is returned. In store credit may be awarded.No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package. No returns will be authorized after 30 days from the receipt of shipment. Item must be in condition it was when received.
It can not smell like perfume, have hair, pet hair & etc. Credit will not be issued if any of these occur.
Once a return is authorized by our return department you should:
1. Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.
2. Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package.
3. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department. Email us the tracking number
All exchanges will be charged shipping again and a 10% restock fee. We get charged to ship your exchange out and a restock fee, so we have to charge you.

We will notify you via phone, mail, or e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 to 21 business days of our receiving your return.
